What to expect from our psychologists
It can be exciting to take the first steps towards making positive changes in your life. but don’t be surprised
if you are also feeling a little anxious. It can help to ask yourself what changes you would like to make in your life, and what they would mean to you.
The match matters
We recommend that your first session should be a personal matching session, in which one of our specially
trained psychologists will talk to you about your issues and help you choose a psychologist who is the best fit for you and your issues.


Tracking satisfaction
Throughout your therapy, we will track your progress and satisfaction. If there are any problems, we will
move quickly to resolve them.
Appointment times
Appointments are normally available from 9.30am – 8pm Monday – Saturday, or by arrangement. We will
try to accommodate your needs around work and commitments, and earlier and later appointments are available, however bookings are essential.


Consultation duration
An initial matching session takes 30 minutes.
Ongoing general consultations run for 50 minutes.
Consultation Fees
The initial matching session costs $85 for individuals and $110 for couples, including free psychological
tests.


Deeper insights
In the hands of skilled, experienced psychologists, testing can quickly provide insights into personality and
motivation, attitude and aptitude. Valuable information that might have taken several hours of interviewingto obtain can be gathered more quickly and more accurately, accelerating the pace of change withsubstantial cost savings for clients.
Learning about ourselves
Our tests can allow the direct targeting of areas of concern and show where effort might best be applied to
hone often-latent abilities, develop and utilize new strengths and compensate for weaknesses.The testing process can be an enjoyable experience for clients. Essentially, tests teach people about themselves.


Testing for children
Our child psychology experts have a range of test materials that point to any learning difficulties or other
areas of concern in children, indicating any need for early intervention.
